Trusts

Business Owners and Corporate Executives are often confronted with serious consideration of Estate planning. The planning process involves being educated about and understanding the various simple and complex legal devices necessary to ensure that heirs (beneficiaries) receive property according to the Grantor’s wishes. Trusts are agreements under which the Grantor’s real estate, personal property, bank accounts, money and other assets can be held and managed by one or more persons (the Trustee or Trustees).
