Nathaniel
V. Thompkins graduated from Delaware Law School
in 1988 where he received several distinctive awards. In 1988
Mr. Thompkins was a recipient of the law school’s Outstanding
Service Award, the Student Bar Association Award and Delaware
Law Forum Award for his dedication and work at furthering the
law school and commitment to student activities. Mr. Thompkins’
career included employment in the states of Delaware, Michigan,
New Mexico, New York and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr.
Thompkins primary legal focus involves Corporate Law, Trust Law
and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Thompkins’ career as an attorney
started as an in-house attorney to the Delaware Department of
Insurance. Subsequently he became a healthcare attorney with Pennsylvania
Blue Shield in early 1990 and between 1994 and 2001 he became
a trial attorney in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Shortly
after successfully starting his own law office in Santa Fe, New
Mexico, Mr. Thompkins became the first General Counsel for American
Communications Network, Inc. (“ACN, Inc.”) in 2001.
At this time the company was nine years old and Mr. Thompkins
built the company’s first law department charged with handling
all legal matters involving Corporate Law, Telecommunications,
Retail Energy and Internet Services. In addition to serving as
a Senior Vice President, the company appointed Mr. Thompkins as
the Corporate Officer and Secretary for the parent company, ACN
Inc., and it’s thirteen (13) wholly-owned subsidiaries.
During his employment at ACN, Inc., Mr. Thompkins business and
corporate duties extended into the seven (7) foreign countries
that ACN, Inc. operated.
In early
2003, Mr. Thompkins returned to private practice and worked at
a premier Manhattan, New York, corporate law firm. As a Senior
Counsel, he worked in the firm’s Corporate and Litigation
Division. Mr. Thompkins’ experiences and involvement in
New York’s legal community has helped significantly further
his business and legal skills. His dedication and servicing corporate
business clients produced sound business acumen. In 2003, he authored
a Business Plan involving renewable energy. In distributing this
business plan, Mr. Thompkins has made media appearances as well
as been judged and awarded the honor to present at two prominent
Equity Symposiums (See below Media Appearances and Equity Symposiums).
Upon becoming an Entrepreneur and building a renewable energy
company, Mr. Thompkins coupled his legal talent with his business
skills in order to offer a unique blend of legal and business
consulting services. In the latter area, Mr. Thompkins has successfully
drafted and finalized multi-million dollar commercial transactions
and secured celebrity endorsements for certain products. Below

Bard
Means Business™
Ms.
Ellen Bard is a former Pennsylvania State Representative who
prepares a half hour television show titled - Bard Means Business™.
The objective of the show is to help move Pennsylvania forward.
Zia Power, Inc.’s via Mr. Thompkins, was a featured guest
on the show and discussed the alternative energy industry and
in particular solar power. Zia Power, Inc. is an advanced manufacturing
company that will create advanced energy efficient Photovoltaic
modules using Multicrystalline (mc-SI) solar wafers and cells.

involving companies that are developing clean energy products.
Mr. Thompkins was awarded the right to present Zia Power,
Inc. Business Plan at the 18th NREL Industry Growth Forum
in San Francisco, California in November of 2005.
